For Students & Parents
Find the degree and career that actually fits you
Career Coach Kaviya works one-on-one with school and college students, and their parents, to think through the decisions that shape a career. Starting with a student's own strengths, interests, and growth potential, she helps turn that understanding into the right next step, whether that's choosing a stream, a degree, a specialisation, higher studies, or a first job. There are so many career options that you might not be aware of.
What a session looks like
Guidance built around the student, not a template
Getting to know the student
Sessions start with getting to know the student directly: their interests, strengths, goals, and what genuinely engages them, not just their marks or whatever's trending.
Applying it to their next decision
From there, Kaviya works through how that understanding applies to the decision actually in front of them. For school students, that might be the stream to choose or the degree to pursue. For college students, it might be picking a specialisation, finding internships, preparing for placements, deciding between a job and higher studies, or changing direction altogether. Parents are welcome to join some or all of the conversation, since these decisions rarely happen in isolation.
Who this is for
For school and college students, and the parents guiding them
Sessions are designed for students at any stage of the journey, from school students choosing a stream and degree, to college students working out which career, role, or higher studies path to pursue. Whether a family is just starting to think through options or facing a specific decision with a deadline attached, like college applications, placement season, or entrance exams, sessions can be tailored to where the student currently stands. Available virtually or in person.
