From there, sessions walk through how that self-understanding translates into real decisions: the stream that fits now, the degree that follows from it, and the career it eventually leads to. Every decision builds on the one before it: the stream shapes the degrees available, and the degree shapes the careers open down the line.
Who these sessions are for
Designed for grades 9 through 12
Sessions are tailored by grade level, recognizing that a 9th grader exploring career awareness for the first time needs something different from a 12th grader weighing college and career decisions in the near term. Kaviya works with schools to shape the right session for the specific group in the room, and sessions can run in-person or virtually depending on what works best for the school.
